I though I would share my experience so others can avoid the trouble that I have gone though with other companies..
Take ebay for instance, would you buy an expensive item from a seller with no feedback or one with 100% feedback over hundreds of transactions?

Everything I have ever bought has been exactly as they have described, the order has been handled promptly and shipped immediately. The whole process has been perfect.
I think I will just open a dispute with paypal after they receive it. Nice blaming it on me when they don't ever know to to pack something..
This would be worth more than the item (which they have advertised at $5 on special). They will not put this offer in writing, nor respond to my email. I put a couple of more than reasonable offers to them (such as swap broken parts at Makita in Brisbane) They have been prepared to argue the point on the phone and do nothing.

. Item took over a month with multiple follow ups to arrive, and on one of the times I called, they said it was there for pickup. I called Sydney tools for an update on my order. They cant tell me where it is or when it will be dispatched. Customer service guy suggested they are waiting on Australia Post. he also advised there are 14 items in stock.
As it was not DOA and was working for 4 months Repair seems reasonable. Have they refused to arrange repair under warranty? If not then go down that path. If they have refused all three options then you have cause for an official complaint.
The problem is, is that there are no duplicate entries. Which is why I'm confused when receiving that error.
10 days later I got the call telling me that their truck had been & the tool was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was hit with $30 fee for the delivery. I said , but it was not a special delivery & it came on your truck that was coming loaded with tools anyway.
How times change, it's a shame there aren't any made in Australia anymore (you can pick up Beta 42 or 90 series that are still made in Italy and very similar in finish to how Sidchrome used to be.
